The facilities exceeded our expectations, with clean and stylish accommodations. We were impressed by the green initiatives such as recycling and all-electric amenities. The house manager was kind and attentive. One highlight of our stay was meeting George the cat, who was the friendliest and sweetest cat we've ever encountered. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions in the city center. The apartment was spacious enough for two people and had everything we needed. we had a fantastic experience at Richmond Apartments By Switchback Stays.

Marvellous location very close to city center, and a garden, which was unexpected and lovely, and the room was spacious. Staff was wonderful as always. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets were a bonus.

Great style decoration, well-maintained facilities, especially the kitchen equipment. Prompt and helpful service from the landlord. Perfect central location, within walking distance to all the attractions.

Felt like royalty, everything was taken care of perfectly.

The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The TV and free wifi were a great bonus, and the host, Claire, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. it was a great value for a family stay.

We did encounter a few technical problems during our stay. The TV signal was not working, and the wifi was only accessible in the two bedrooms.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location with a nearby bus stop, restaurants, and Tesco Express. The staff was quick to assist, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms were very roomy. We appreciated the supply of coffee capsules, tea bags, and clean dishes. The ample amount of toilet paper and towels were well-maintained.

The apartment was spacious and well-provisioned, making it perfect for a Christmas stay. Its location on the edge of the city center made it easy to access all the festive attractions. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice modern furnishings, which added a touch of luxury to our holiday experience.

While the neighborhood was not as bad as other reviews mentioned, it did have some drawbacks. The area could get quite loud, especially during the weekend, and there were occasional instances of recreational drug use on the street.

Loved the spacious apartment, especially the kitchen. It had every kitchen gadget imaginable! And the free WiFi was a lifesaver. So glad I had the entire place to myself, no need to share with strangers.

Oh, just the lovely sounds of trains whizzing by behind the bedroom and bin men serenading me on Thursday mornings. Joy!
